Cardo Launches Packtalk-S and 4X-S for SHOEI Gen 3 Helmets

Cardo Systems has introduced two new integrated communication systems for SHOEI Gen 3 helmets: the PACKTALK-S and the 4X-S. Announced March 31, the new systems are designed specifically for the SHOEI GT-Air 3, NEOTEC 3, and J-Cruise 3, fitting into each helmet’s designated communications cavity rather than attaching as traditional external clamp-on units. Cardo says the result is a cleaner, factory-style installation intended to preserve the helmet’s original aerodynamics, comfort, and safety standards.

Built for SHOEI Gen 3 Helmets

According to Cardo, both models were engineered specifically for SHOEI’s Gen 3 helmet architecture. In announcing the launch, the company said riders had long asked for a communication system that integrates more seamlessly with their helmets. “With the PACKTALK-S, we’ve listened to that feedback to create a system that delivers the full Cardo experience in a helmet-specific integration that riders have been asking for,” said Dan Emodi, chief marketing officer at Cardo Systems.
