Cardo Announces BEYOND Helmet Line

Cardo Systems, long recognized as a leader in motorcycle communications, is expanding its mission from keeping riders connected to actively protecting them. The company has introduced its first-ever helmets: BEYOND GTS and BEYOND GT. Together they represent a major shift in how the industry thinks about communication gear; that is, not as an add-on accessory, but as a core part of the helmet from day one.

Designed for Sport-Touring Riders

Cardo spent four years developing BEYOND to converge helmet engineering with the communication technology riders rely on. Integrated electronics, safety systems, ventilation, and aerodynamics are tuned as one system – a comprehensive approach that yields convenience for riders of all kinds.

Sport-touring riders will appreciate:

  • Clearer group communication without hand signals or device mounting.
  • Navigation and music through hands-free voice control to reduce distractions.
  • Less fatigue through better ventilation and purpose-built noise control.
  • A cleaner touring setup: no external wires, brackets, or charging ports to manage.

Among top innovations:

  • 53 mm helmet speakers engineered by Cardo Sound Labs for deeper, clearer audio.
  • Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) – reduces wind and engine noise while preserving critical sounds like sirens.
  • Helmet Health Indicator to monitor impact history.
  • Crash Detection for real-time alerts.
  • Serviceable, upgradable tech modules for future improvements.
  • Automatic on/off, active brake light, and customizable function button.

BEYOND helmets meet DOT and ECE 22.06 safety standards.

Two Models, One Smart Approach

BEYOND GTS – Flagship Integration

  • Carbon-fiber shell with multi-density EPS liner.
  • Pinlock® 200 anti-fog lens included.
  • Wireless charging and 2000 mAh battery.
  • Wind-tunnel-tested aerodynamics and premium ventilation.

The GTS helmet alone weighs 1520 g (3.35 lbs). Once the electronics are included, the total weight remains competitive with high-end helmets paired with premium add-on communication systems – minus the installation hassle.

BEYOND GT – Streamlined and Accessible

  • Lightweight fiberglass shell.
  • Pinlock® 120XLT® lens included.
  • ANC-ready (hardware not included) with 1000 mAh battery.
  • Touring-focused comfort padding and a rear safety reflector.

Both models are offered in four shell sizes to optimize fit and comfort.

Real Rider Benefits

Cardo has long helped riders stay connected safely. With BEYOND, that technology is now part of the helmet’s core design:

  • Gear that’s easier to manage on long touring days
  • Technology designed to enhance situational awareness
  • Comfort, ventilation, and communication all engineered together
  • Fewer exposed components to weather, vibration, and wear

BEYOND is the next evolution in sport-touring equipment: technology that supports the ride, without complicating it.
